  6. OVERVIEW:

  8. Electric Lights is a Shareware game that runs in Microsoft Windows 3.X. 
  9. The game is played by placing colored pegs into a peg board that has a light 
  10. behind it. Pegs are placed into the peg board while the light is off. Once a
  11. picture has been completed - the light can be turned on - bringing the picture
  12. to life!
